Put the potatoes to boil in cold salted water.

Meanwhile, peel the carrot, wash it and grate it.

We clean the onion and finely chop it.

In a frying pan, heat the kaizer together with the onion, stirring constantly, until the kaizer is crispy.

Then add the carrots, 2-3 tablespoons of water to the pan and leave the pan covered over low heat for a few minutes. When it is ready we turn off the fire.

Drain the boiled potatoes well and crush them (as for puree) adding melted butter, sour cream, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Mix well.

Then add the kaizer, onion and carrot mix and mix all the ingredients well.

Serve immediately.
