Boil hard-boiled eggs. In a bowl put a boiled and cooled egg yolk, mustard and a little salt. Then I start adding oil. Add oil slowly, little by little until the mayonnaise bowl is filled.
Then clean the boiled eggs, cut them in half, remove the yolk and put it in a bowl.
Chop all the boiled yolks, then mix them with pate, sour cream, 1 tablespoon mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon sour cream, salt and pepper.
Then fill each half of the egg with the obtained paste (if you have use a garnish tube). Mix the mayonnaise with the remaining sour cream.
Pour the mayonnaise on a plate and then put the eggs inside
You can decorate as you like with olives, donuts, parsley, etc.
