I have seen escalope recipes many times but I always went over them without reading them too much, I thought it should be a more sophisticated dish and I don't make much of it. These days I had a piece of chop and I didn't really know what to make of it and then the cutlet came to my mind. I read some recipes on the internet to see what it requires and I realized that it is very easy, that it is not complicated at all and it turned out good to lick our fingers. If you try the recipe, you will be convinced.

  • 1 piece boneless pork chop (about 600-700 gr)
  • 250 gr chopped mushrooms
  • 1 large clove of garlic
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 teaspoon grated dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 150-200 gr peeled tomatoes
  • flour
  • 2-3 tablespoons oil

Servings: 4

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Pork escalope with mushrooms:

Wash the piece of meat, dab it with a napkin then cut it into thin slices.

Beat them a little with a hammer, then season with salt and pepper.

Heat the oil in a pan, clean the garlic, cut it into slices and let it go in the pan.

When it has browned, remove it with a spatula, pass the pieces of meat through the flour, shake off the excess and brown them.

We turn them on all sides, wash the mushrooms and add them over.

Pour a cup and 1/2 of water, sprinkle with salt, pepper and dried parsley.

Cover with a lid, turn on the right heat and let it drop.

We put the tomatoes with their juice in a blender.

We check the meat if it is penetrated or it is necessary to add water, and if it is well done we add the mashed tomatoes and the paprika.

Bring a few more boils to bind the sauce while stirring lightly.

Serve hot with the desired garnish, we chose the rice.

Good appetite!
