In a salad bowl, mix with a fork or food processor, eggs with flour and baking powder, until the dough becomes homogeneous.
Then add the butter, milk and mix well. Then add the ham, grated cheese and almond powder, mix well.
Fill the forms with a lump of dough, 3/4 of the forms and put in the refrigerator for at least half an hour. You can very well prepare them beforehand and put them in the oven before serving, because they are very good warm.

Preheat the oven to 210 & # 176C.
Put the filled forms in the oven for 5 minutes in a very hot oven, then lower the temperature to allow the madeleines to bake the dough inside, but not too colorful on the outside, leave for another 10 minutes at 180 & # 176C.
Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice. They are better warm.

They can be kept for 6 days in a metal box, heat them a little before serving, they are better.

Fasting biscuit salami

With such a good recipe, let's keep fasting, but I'm sorry that I ended up publishing the recipe so late.
Obviously, this time too, I took the recipe from the wonderful book of the presbyter Garoafa Coman, I also make the "sweet" salami in this way, but if necessary, I add a little more milk and the margarine becomes butter. As for the salami, I promise you that you will not taste another more fragrant and better than this one, even if it is intended for fasting days.

Sausage biscuits

250 gr popular biscuits
250 gr shit
150 gr margarine
250 gr coarsely chopped and fried walnuts
3 tablespoons cocoa
4 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons lemon juice
grated lemon peel
a lemon or rum essence

Melt the shit cut into small cubes with water, over low heat,

add cocoa, margarine and chopped walnuts,

remove the pan from the heat. In the dough obtained, add the biscuits, crushed as small as possible and the spices.

I programmed the bread machine to the "dough" program and after the dough was made, I took it out, put it on a board, kneaded it for another 2 minutes and then divided it into 15 pieces. I then placed it on a greased board, covered it with a clean towel and left it to rise for about 20 minutes.

Then I took a pan (I use the pan so that the oil does not splash on the stove) I put oil and I heated it. I then took a piece of dough, rolled it out and put it in the hot oil. After it was fried on one side, I turned it on the other side, I fried it, then I took it out on a paper napkin to drain the oil.
For variation, they can be filled with cheese (I put some with mozzarella), or with cheese mixed with dill.

They can be eaten plain or with garlic sauce, jam or sugar and scotrisoara. They are good and next to a glass of whipped milk, kefir, etc.

Baking time is 8 minutes (4 minutes on one side and 4 on the other). After these 8 minutes you will fall in love with the result, I guarantee. No one would suspect that it is baked in the pan.

450g frozen chopped spinach
2 eggs:
2 tablespoons white flour

200g bellows cheese

P r e p a r a r e:
I thawed the spinach naturally, in a few hours, not forced, I added eggs, granulated garlic, salt to taste and flour. I homogenized.

I put the composition on baking paper, in a normal tray (I have 25x34) and I leveled it well. I put it in the oven to bake for about half an hour, until it passed the toothpick test. Be careful not to burn! The oven must have an average temperature (180-200 degrees).

Meanwhile, I chopped the bellows cheese and mixed it with the grated cheese. On the sheet of the roll taken out of the oven, still hot, I put the cheese and cheese mixture so that it melts and can be mixed evenly (otherwise the mixture is too dense).

I rolled everything in baking paper and then, for storage in the refrigerator, in cling film. After a few hours it was only good to slice and serve.
