Last week we posted on the blog the first recipe for the convection oven, namely chicken wings with honey and lemon. I was telling you then about some delicious egg sandwiches. Their time has come. They are simply delicious and filling and can be a successful alternative for capricious children who refuse to eat in the morning.

Ingredients for one serving:
- 4 slices of bread
- 2 eggs
- a few slices of ham, bacon, dried salami
